This year, retailers across the nation are once again opening earlier than ever. Many retailers, including both Amazon and Wal-Mart, have spread their Black Friday sales over multiple days this year, giving shoppers some breathing room to create a coherent plan of action for their discount holiday shopping.
Amazon
According to ComScore, Amazon was the number one most visited online retailer on Black Friday last year, and it will definitely be looking to hold on to that title in the face of big box retailers that are working to increase their online traffic.
This year, Amazon's Black Friday sales started a week early on Friday, November 21, with the Internet retailer posting new deals every 10 minutes for eight straight days.
