An Arkansas woman killed her husband because be bought porn. Then she called authorities to let them know.
Patricia Hill, 69, called 911 on Saturday to inform the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office of the murder she committed, KATV reported. She was sitting in front of her home when officers arrived.
Hill told authorities she strongly objected to her husband’s purchase of pornographic videos. When her husband, Frank Hill, 65, ordered another video, she shot him dead with a .22-caliber pistol, hitting him once in the leg and once in the head, KATV reported.
Hill’s body was found with at least two gunshots in a utility shed.
The sheriff’s office said Hill’s husband had ordered video pornography through a television guide. She canceled the order, but her husband ordered another video.
Hill confronted her husband in the shed about his continued interest in porn. Although there was no physical violence between the two, the woman asked her husband to leave and he refused, KATV reported.
She then went into the home to get the pistol, she told police.
The woman, charged with capital murder, is being held without bail.
