49ers Bathroom Fight: Man Partially Paralyzed After Attack at Stadium

A violent bathroom fight between fans at the 49ers' home stadium after the football game Sunday has left a man partially paralyzed, CBS San Francisco reports.

According to Deputy District Attorney Deborah Hernandez, there were two victims, one of whom apparently tapped one of the attackers on his shoulder to let him know a bathroom stall was open.

"These victims were just standing in line at the bathroom, waiting their turn, trying to make the line move, and then all of a sudden they are beaten," she said, CBS reported. "One of the victims has suffered severe injuries. He has some bleeding to the brain. He has had to have partial skull removal to relieve some of that pressure. He is currently suffering some paralysis."

Earlier this week, violent video of the bathroom fight shocked the online community.

The video, which has been removed from YouTube “as a violation of YouTube’s policy on shocking and disgusting content,” lasted just 35 seconds and showed a man in a red No. 21 jersey hitting another 49ers fan and leaving him knocked out on a bathroom floor, the New York Daily News said.

Dario Rebollero, 34, and Amador Rebollero, 27, were arrested by Santa Clara police after they left the bathroom. The two men, who are brothers, face felony charges.

CBS San Francisco said Amador Rebollero, who was primarily responsible for the attack, is being held on $350,000 bail, while his brother’s is set for $75,000.
