It’s not often you find a private school “educator” who publicly proclaims her belief in original sin — unless it’s a private religious school, and even then they are scarce at the university level.

Even more surprising, this particular school is a tony New York City Upper East Side plutocrat academy called the Bank Street School for Children.

The New York Post found this rare bird and shared her outré views on educating the children of the next generation of one–percenters.

Anshu Wahi is the school’s “director of diversity” and somehow she’s taken charge of the curriculum. And since “Wahi believes even white babies display signs of racism, she encourages parents to talk to their kids about race as early as kindergarten, making them hyperaware of racial differences, and even ‘examine your own whiteness.’”

How babies are going to do that when they are already examining everything they can get their little hands on and popping it in their mouths is left unsaid.

Wahi’s innovative curriculum involves constantly badgering the little ones in a process she terms “white racial socialization.” It wouldn’t be accurate to call Bank Street a re–education camp, since the kids haven’t been educated to begin with — that’s for the parents if Wahi ever gets real authority. Instead it’s brainwashing, plain and simple.

There are three components to the process: division, resentment and ethnic chauvinism.

Division comes when the white kids are segregated in separate classrooms where “they’re made to feel awful about their ‘whiteness.’” The pinnacle of Wahi’s work is found in a school video where a young white girl does everything but sign a confession while she admits, “I feel guilty for having a privilege I don’t deserve.”

Ethnic chauvinism, with a heaping helping of victimization, comes when the minority kids are told how they are “devalued” and “alienated” in a “dominate white culture.”

Maybe all this would just go away if the United States could ever overcome its legacy of racism and elect a black man as president.

Wahi claims it all came home to her during a stint on a jury in Brooklyn. “She told parents she was shocked to learn that every case involved a minority defendant.” Then to top it off, according to the Post, “She cited the GI Bill as proof of 'white privilege,' claiming the popular post-World War II legislation only benefited white soldiers and their heirs, when in fact, black enrollment in colleges exploded under the GI Bill.”

How a woman this ignorant and foolish was put in charge of educating innocent children is a question I certainly can’t answer. Maybe one has to be both rich and gullible.

What I do know is that right now in the Bank Street School all children’s minds are being poisoned with systematic race-baiting.
