Previous to the 1996 election the Loral Corporation, run by top Democratic Party donor Bernie Swartz, sold sensitive military "satellite" nuclear missle launching technology to the Communist Chinese Goverment. The State Department and the National Security Council opposed the sale of this technology. As reported on NewsMax, Bill Clinton over-rode these objections bypassing normal procedures to allow the sale of this important technology to the Communist Chinese Government. Former Senator Malcolm Wallop, who served on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, is convinced by circumstantial evidence that Clinton gave Loral permission to sell this technology for campaign cash. "I have little doubt this was sort of campaign related," he says.
