UPS reportedly has found the documents that Fox News host Tucker Carlson claimed allegedly implicate Joe Biden and his son Hunter in shady business deals — and mysteriously disappeared in transit from New York City to Los Angeles.

Matthew O'Connor, UPS's senior public-relations manager, told Business Insider on Thursday the documents were found and were on their way back to Carlson, the news outlet reported.

"After an extensive search, we have found the contents of the package and are arranging for its return,'' O’Connor told Business Insider.

"UPS will always focus first on our customers, and will never stop working to solve issues and make things right. We work hard to ensure every package is delivered, including essential goods, precious family belongings and critical healthcare."

But he didn’t reveal any details about how the documents got lost — or found, Business Insider reported.

On his show Wednesday, Carlson said the documents "are authentic, they're real, and they're damning" to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's campaign. He didn’t reveal any details, however.

The host said his team had sent documents with a courier — he did not identify the courier at that time as UPS — from his main studio in Manhattan on Monday to Los Angeles, and that early Tuesday someone at the company noticed the package had been opened and its contents removed.

''We believe they are authentic and, at the time we received them, my executive producer and I were in Los Angeles talking to Tony Bobulinski,'' he said, referring to Hunter Biden's former business partner.

''So we texted a producer in New York and asked him to send us those documents to LA.

''Monday afternoon this week, he shipped the documents overnight to California with a large national carrier, a brand-name company that we've used, you've used countless times.

''But the Biden documents never arrived in Los Angeles.''

Carlson said on Tuesday morning, the day of the Bobulinski interview, they received word from the shipping company that ''our package had been opened and the contents were missing.''

''They went above and beyond, but found nothing,'' he added of the company’s own investigation, saying it was ''baffled and deeply bothered by this. And so are we.''

Bobulinski has come forward with an audio recording from earlier this month that he claimed showed an associate of Hunter Biden, Rob Walker, trying to silence him, the Daily Mail noted.

Bobulinski, a former Navy lieutenant, spent six months in business with Hunter and Walker in 2017 trying to get a joint venture called Sinohawk with a Chinese firm off the ground, the Daily Mail reported.
