Trump Lauds Ohio GOP Candidate Mike DeWine

President Donald Trump on Wednesday congratulated Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine for winning the GOP nomination for governor, and blasted "his socialist opponent," former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray.

Congratulations to Mike Dewine on his big win in the Great State of Ohio. He will be a great Governor with a heavy focus on HealthCare and Jobs. His Socialist opponent in November should not do well, a big failure in last job!

Both DeWine and Cordray won their nominations with about 60 percent of the vote, and will face off in November to replace Gov. John Kasich, a Republican, who must step down at the end of his current term.
