Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are locked in a statistical tie in Alaska, according to a recent poll conducted for the Alaska Democratic Party.

The results, according to the Lake Research Group:

  • Trump: 37 percent;
  • Clinton: 36 percent;
  • Gary Johnson: 7 percent;
  • Jill Stein: 3 percent.

The poll's margin of error is +/- 4.4 percent.

Trump led by 8 points in the August survey, 38 percent to 30 percent. Though Trump's support has remained virtually the same, Clinton has been siphoning off support from the third party candidates, Johnson and Stein, according to the poll.

Another poll last week showed Trump up by nearly 6 points in Alaska.

The survey was conducted by Lake Research Partners from Oct. 11-13 of 500 likely general election voters in Alaska.
