The Senate Leadership Fund is targeting Sen. Joe Donnelly in Indiana with a $1 million advertising purchase on TV, radio, and online, Politico reported.
The video claims that Donnelly’s family business outsourced jobs to Mexico and had "serious violations" in the workplace.
"His family got caught outsourcing jobs to Mexico, and Mexico Joe profited," the video says.
Donnelly was statistically tied with Republican challenger Mike Braun in a Gravis Marketing poll in May. Donnelly is emphasizing his support for President Donald Trump's nominees such as Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.
In February, the Senate Leadership Fund also took aim at Donnelly in an ad that used a cartoon sombrero and a clip of a mariachi band, the Washington Examiner reported.
