Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse Says He's Voting Against Rex Tillerson

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., is adamant he will be voting against President Donald Trump's nomination of Rex Tillerson as secretary of state.

"I checked with the Parliamentarian and they don't allow 'Hell No', so I'll be voting, 'No.'" Whitehouse said in an interview with MSNBC.

 MSNBC anchor Katy Tur posted a portion of the interview on her Twitter account.
