Joe Biden would not answer the question during Tuesday's debate on whether he would agree with packing the Supreme Court, but Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., believes he knows the answer.

"America would change forever; this election is for all the marbles," Johnson, who tested positive for COVID-19 amid the recent Senate GOP outbreak, told Sunday's "The Cats Roundtable" on 770 WABC-N.Y., per The Hill. "The Senate Democrats would pack the court. They would get rid of the filibuster so they could enact all these crazy socialist policies.

"I don't know how this country would recover from it," Johnson added to host John Catsimatidis.

Johnson is one of three Republican senators who have tested positive for the coronavirus this weekend, but Johnson is not on the Senate Judiciary Committee like Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., nor was he at the White House introduction of Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett like Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah.

The Senate floor activity has been halted until Oct. 19, but the Judiciary Committee still plans to begin what should be a 10-day process on Judge Barrett's nomination Oct. 12. That would get Barrett's nomination to the Senate floor by Oct. 22, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Senate Judiciary chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.

Johnson also fears for mail-in voting and how contested results might wind up in the hands of "activists" and "liberal justices," necessitating a vote before the presidential election Nov. 3.

"You are just opening yourself up to ballot stuffing and voter fraud," Johnson said, per The Hill. "Now you've got all these judicial activists — liberal justices who are making up election law on the fly.

"This could be chaos."
