Among Republicans, Donald Trump is not alone in saying the current presidential election is rigged in favor of Democrat Hillary Clinton.
According to a Politico report, several members of the Republican National Committee said the fix is in for this election.
"I do believe that there are elements that will try to rig the election on varying degrees of scale, and this will certainly affect the outcome in varying degrees," RNC committee member Peter Goldberg of Alaska told the website.
Said California's Shawn Steel: "Should Hillary get 'elected' she is immediately delegitimized. The 1 percent of Wall Street Bankers, Clinton Machine and [mainstream media] including your employer, Politico, is part of a massive Left Wing Conspiracy to rig this election."
Trump has spoken at length about how he is destined to finish second in the Nov. 8 election — and that is out of his control.
"It is a grave concern on a number of fronts," Arizona's Lori Klein Corbin told Politico. "When you have Democrats using Obama's federal forms to register voters who do not have to declare if they are citizens or not and often show no ID."
A recent analysis showed members of the media have donated $382,000 to the Clinton campaign, while Trump has received just $14,000 from them.
Conservative columnist George Will, who is no fan of the outspoken Trump, said Monday he is convinced this election is rigged.
A recent Politico poll showed 41 percent of registered voters said the election could be "stolen" from Trump because of voter fraud.
