Rand Paul has recently emerged as a potential Republican presidential candidate for 2012. And he will have a chance to present himself to social conservatives at the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference in Washington June 3-4.
Politico reports that Paul will speak at the gathering.

He isn’t the only one in his family who’s a possible presidential candidate. His father, Tex. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for the 2008 Republican nomination, may try again.
As for Rand Paul, "The only decision I've made is I won't run against my dad," he told The Post and Courier of Charleston, S.C.
Rand Paul will soon be visiting the early primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire. "I want the tea party to have an influence over who the nominee is in 2012," he told the paper.
