Only 2 percent of those who voted for President Donald Trump last November say they regret their decision, a new poll shows.
The ABC News/Washington Post survey released Sunday finds 42 percent of Americans approve of the job Trump's doing as he approaches his 100th day in office; 53 percent disapprove.
But 96 percent of those who voted for Trump say it was the right decision, and just 2 percent say they regret their ballot, the poll shows.
Other findings from the poll show that:
- 73 percent approve of the president pressuring companies to keep jobs in the country; 53 percent view Trump as a strong leader.
- 46 percent think Trump is handling the situation with North Korea "about right"'; 37 percent think the president is handling the situation in too aggressive a manner.
- 44 percent of respondents think Trump is keeping his campaign promises; 41 percent disagree.
- 56 percent say Trump hasn't accomplished much in his first 100 days in office; 42 percent think he's done a great deal or a good amount.
The poll's margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percent.
