President Donald Trump is as popular as Barack Obama was during the middle of his first presidential term, the results of a Pew Research Center poll said.

Nineteen percent said that Donald Trump has done the best or second best job as president during their lifetimes, while in 2011, 20 percent said the same thing about then-President Obama.

Obama was ranked as the greatest president of most adults' lifetimes, according to the poll.

The poll’s results:

  • 44 percent named Obama as their first or second choice for greatest.
  • 33 percent named Bill Clinton.
  • 32 percent named Ronald Reagan.

The survey was conducted among 2,002 adults from June 5-12.
