President Donald Trump took his feud with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to another level Sunday, alleging that she experienced some dental problems while speaking to the media days earlier.
Responding to a tweet from Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., that said "because it wasn't true" in response to a video clip of Pelosi saying why she declined to include bribery in the House's articles of impeachment against Trump, the president wrote: "Because Nancy's teeth were falling out of her mouth, and she didn't have time to think!"
A short time later, Trump called Pelosi "crazy Nancy" in another tweet.
"Congressional Do Nothing Democrats are being absolutely decimated in their districts on the subject of the Impeachment Hoax," Trump wrote. "People that voted for them are literally screaming in their faces. Crazy Nancy is finding defending Shifty Schiff harder than she thought! #2020Election"
Pelosi made the referenced remarks during her weekly press conference on Thursday.
