Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin does a lot of traveling, between her speeches and book promotions. And next year she plans to journey overseas,
Politico reports.

“Details of the trip, including the timing, have not yet been worked out. But Palin sources confirm that plans are being considered for foreign travel in the new year, with Israel and Britain at the top of the list,” the news service states.
The Daily Beast first reported about the likely trip. Palin’s staff told Politico in June that she hoped to meet former U.K. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher during a future trip. A journey overseas would certainly burnish Palin’s credentials as a presidential candidate. Her 2009 visit to Hong Kong, where she spoke at an economic conference, received widespread coverage for her criticism of President Barack Obama.
