So much for taking the high road. President Barack Obama already is putting a kibosh on the potential for bipartisan cooperation after Republicans take over the House and possibly the Senate in today’s elections,
Politico reports.

Obama is telling his supporters that he needs people in Congress "who want to cooperate." But then he says Republicans don’t fit that bill. That doesn’t exactly pave the way for the White House and new Congress to work together.
"Their [Republicans’] whole agenda is to spend the next two years trying to defeat me, as opposed to trying to move the country forward," Obama told radio host Steve Harvey in an interview broadcast Tuesday morning.
Experts say what Obama should do is show humility after Democrats suffer their huge losses and show an eagerness to work with Republicans.
