“I think Dennis Kucinich is one of the most irresponsible, fringe members of Congress, and hardly anyone in Congress listens to him,” Kirk said on Chicago radio station WLS 890.
Kucinich has criticized Obama for intervening in Libya without going to Congress for authorization first.
Kucinich, other liberal Democrats, and some conservative Republicans have said that Obama’s move to attack Libya without congressional consent is unconstitutional, as the Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war.
