Conservative radio host Mark Levin has dubbed House Speaker Paul Ryan's proposed replacement for the Affordable Care Act "RINOCare" — "Repeal in Name Only" — and says it provides no concrete financial details for Americans.
"Republicans have blown it. There is something horribly immoral about 'RINOcare,' that is, repeal in name only, not 'Republican in name only,' its 'repeal in name only,"' Levin, editor-in-chief of Conservative Review, said Thursday.
"I thought it was repeal and replace … This is a trillion-dollar bill," Levin said.
"Here's my question Mr. Ryan. How much will the average American's deduction go up, or down? How much will the average Americans, how much do deductions go up or down. Let's talk brass tacks, plain English? … I don't see any actual numbers that effect actual human beings …."
