Trump Takes Water Break, Twitter Remembers Rubio's

President Donald Trump took a water break during a White House speech Wednesday, sparking Twitter recollections of Sen. Marco Rubio's 2013 rehydration moment — and Trump's biting mockery.

Twitter posters seemed to delight in juxtaposing the images of Rubio's break during his response to then-President Barack Obama's state of the union address, followed by Trump's mocking imitation on the campaign trail.
