Corey Lewandowski, a former campaign manager for Donald Trump, has joined America First Action Super PAC as a senior adviser and spokesman, according to a press release.
"We're thrilled to add Corey R. Lewandowski to our growing roster of experienced professionals who have been in the trenches on hard-won political campaigns. His spirit, dedication to the president, and policy prowess will make him an invaluable addition to the team," said Brian O. Walsh, the PAC's president.
America First Action is focused on "electing federal candidates who support the agenda of the Trump-Pence administration," according to the press release.
Brad Parscale, who was digital and media director for Trump's presidential campaign and also is now an America First senior adviser, welcomed Lewandowski.
"Like the president, Corey has a natural understanding of the needs of the American people, and I am excited to be working with him again," Parscale said in the PAC's press release.
"I look forward to working side by side with these talented individuals to help advance the Trump agenda and elect people who support Making America Great Again," Lewandowski said in the press release.
Lewandowski has been a frequent supporter of the president.
On July 26 on ABC, he said Trump's criticism of Attorney General Jeff Sessions was not humiliating to Sessions.
Earlier in July, he called the issue of the Trump campaign's collusion with Russia "officially dead."
