Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, believed to be in the running for Secretary of Homeland Security in Donald Trump's administration, on Sunday inadvertently revealed his Homeland Security plan to bar terrorists and Syrian refugees.

Kobach, ahead of a meeting with Trump at the President-elect's golf club in New Jersey, was photographed with a copy of his plan in clear view. The document was titled "DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY KOBACH STRATEGIC PLAN FOR FIRST 365 DAYS."

The proposal, which includes reducing the intake of Syrian refugees to zero, adding extreme vetting questions for high-risk aliens and questioning them regarding support for Sharia law, jihad, equality of men and women and the U.S. Constitution and updating the National Entry-Exit Registration System so as to track "all aliens" from high-risk areas, is not much of a surprise as Kobach had previously detailed his ideas days after the election.

But Kobach, the Kansas Secretary of State who has constantly taken a hard stance on immigration, is getting criticized for the fact that the document was in plain sight.

"That's the height of irony if he's wanting a job in Homeland Security and you're able to see in a photograph what should be confidential information," Kansas Senate Minority Leader Anthony Hensley said according to The Topeka Capital Journal.
