Presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway Friday accused Joe Biden of "plagiarizing" President Donald Trump's "buy American" push with his economic agenda and called it a "great irony" considering the former vice president's policy history.

"Joe Biden's plagiarizing in 1987 killed his first presidential campaign, the second presidential campaign also got less than 1%, even if you account for the margin of error, and now two days ago, he's plagiarizing Bernie Sanders and yesterday, he's plagiarizing Donald Trump," Conway said on Fox News' "Fox and Friends."

But, she added, Biden's policies over the years "helped to ship so much of our wealth and our jobs overseas to Mexico and China," while Trump brought back manufacturing jobs and signed into law the CARES Act so that it's paycheck program helped 4.6 million small businesses and saved 51 million jobs.

"The Biden administration last time gave us the highest business tax rate in the developed world at 35%," said Conway. "It's President Trump who took that down from 35% to 21%, unleashing prosperity and opportunity for all Americans."

Conway also defended Goya Foods CEO Robert Unanue, who is facing a boycott of his company's products after he said the United States is "blessed" to have Trump in office. Unanue said Friday he won't apologize and he thinks its suppression of speech to be able to speak well of one president but not another.

"Goya is really the American dream," said Conway. "It's just a shame that people make everything so politicized including food. I thought what the gentleman just said was exactly right that when he was called by the Obama administration he answered, when he was called by the Trump administration he answered because he wants to see how his company can help."

She also pointed out that Unanue announced in the Rose Garden that Goya is donating another "million pounds or so of food" into the nation's food banks.
