Rep. Lieu: Ivanka Blocked Me On Twitter

Ivanka Trump blocked Rep. Ted Lieu on Twitter, the Democratic lawmaker from California said on Twitter Sunday.

Trump is President Donald Trump’s daughter and also serves as an unpaid adviser in the White House. Lieu has consistently criticized Trump, and has become one of the president’s main Twitter antagonists on the Hill.

“Usually, what happens is I’ll read or see something and then it’ll make me angry,” Lieu told Roll Call in late July. “Then I’ll sort of pause and then think about it, and then figure how can I best highlight that particular issue to the public.”

Lieu has also taken aim at Trump's son-in-law and Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kushner, saying his security clearance needed to be suspended by the administration now that his Russian ties are under FBI scrutiny. Kushner is a senior adviser to Trump.
