Fox News polled about 3,000 Iowa Democratic caucus-goers as they entered their caucus sites and asked them what issues were important to them.

This is how supporters shook out among those saying they "strongly favor" changing the health care system to a single-payer government plan instead of private insurance:

• Amy Klobuchar: 4%

Among supporters saying the U.S. economic system is "very unfair" for most Americans:

• Sanders: 28%
• Warren: 25%
• Biden: 14%
• Buttigieg: 12%
• Klobuchar: 9%
