A super PAC helping Democrat Hillary Clinton in the presidential race is shifting gears and may start to help down-ballot candidates in House and Senate races.
According to CNN, Priorities USA is producing ads for Senate races that may air in North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania. As it happens, those four states are battleground states in the presidential election between Clinton and Republican Donald Trump.
House races might also be included in the group's push, which is expected to begin next week.
NH1 News reported Monday that Priorities USA is considering inserting itself into the Senate race in New Hampshire between Republican incumbent Kelly Ayotte and Democrat Maggie Hassan, the state's current governor.
Priorities USA reportedly raised $23 million in August and had $41.5 million in cash at the start of September.
