Reporter to Hillary: Will You Take Neurological Tests?

A television reporter in Florida asked Hillary Clinton this week if she would go through neurological testing to prove to Americans she is healthy enough to serve as president.

"I am very sorry I got pneumonia," Clinton told ABC Action News. "I am very glad that antibiotics took care of it and that's behind us now. I have met the standard that everybody running for president has met in terms of releasing information about my health."

Clinton's response came after reporter Sarina Fazan, who excitedly greeted Clinton in the interview room before it began, mentioned the former first lady's recent health scare and the fact some people were calling for her to undergo more testing.

The exchange begins 3:00 into the above video.

Fazan followed up with a direct question of whether Clinton would have the testing done.

"There is no need for that," Clinton said. "The information is very clear, and the information, as I said, meets the standards that every other person running for president has ever had to meet. I'm happy that we've met and even exceeded them in certain ways."

The interview took place after Clinton's speech at a rally in Orlando on Tuesday.
