Former cast members of the Milwaukee-set hit television sitcom “Happy Days” will come together for a virtual fundraiser for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin this Sunday, The Hill reported on Tuesday.
Among those attending will be the show’s top two star actors, Henry Winkler and Ron Howard, as well as Don Most, Anson Williams, and Marion Ross. Also appearing will be Lowell Ganz, who was a writer and supervising producer for the television show, which was one of the most popular in the 1970s.
Howard sent out a tweet about the event on Monday, describing this year as “the most important election of our lifetimes" and categorizing Wisconsin as a “must-win swing state.”
Viewers are able to watch the event if they give a donation of $1 or more, with the funds going to the state Democratic Party, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
The reunion will also include behind-the-scenes stories from the cast and crew, as well as questions from the fans.
Among the known cast members who will be absent is Scott Baio, who is one of the most vocal backers in Hollywood of President Donald Trump.
