Jeff Flake Announces Support for Kavanaugh

Sen. Jeff Flake, a closely watched undecided vote on confirming Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, said Friday morning that he would support the nomination.

The Arizona Republican issued a statement moments before the Senate Judiciary Committee's scheduled vote on the nomination, saying, "I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh."

His announcement follows announcements late Thursday that GOP Sens. Bob Corker and Jerry Moran also said they'd back Kavanaugh.
