Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., questioned whether the U.S. will ever be ready for another male president following Donald Trump's term in office.
"The way things are going, if the next three years and 261 days are like Donald's first 100 days, I wonder if America will ever be ready for a male president again."
Her comments came in an address during a gala for EMILY's List, a PAC organized to elect female Democrats who support abortion rights, The Hill reported.
The website noted Warren has sparked speculation of a 2020 presidential bid.
"The news out of the White House just keeps on coming," she said. "Bad news, bad news, bad news."
And she added: "Men like Donald Trump come to power when their countries are already deep in trouble."
