Report: Trump Seeks to Delay Sentencing in N.Y. Case

Former President Donald Trump is seeking to delay sentencing in his New York criminal case until after the Nov. 5 presidential election, citing "election-interference objectives," ABC News reported on Thursday.

A spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney's office did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
