Donald Trump Jr. Slams Maddow's Report on Twitter

Donald Trump Jr. slammed MSNBC's Rachel Maddow for her report Tuesday his father paid $38 million in taxes on more than $150 million in income in 2005, tweeting the disclosure showed "how successful" the president is.

The White House disclosed President Donald Trump's earnings after it had confirmed Maddow had authentic copies of two pages of the president's returns from 2005.

Maddow said she had obtained them from David Cay Johnston, a journalist and Trump biographer who told Maddow he had received the documents in the mail.
