Former President Donald Trump's one-time attorney, Jenna Ellis, who has been accused of playing a prominent role in subverting the 2020 Georgia election results, was released Tuesday on a $100,000 bond in Fulton County.
Prosecutors accuse Ellis of lying to Georgia officials to overturn 2020 election results. Ellis faces two counts, including solicitation of violation of oath by public officer.
Allegedly, Ellis was part of a group attempting to organize a false slate of Electoral College votes for Trump.
