Iowa might be considered a significant battleground state this November, but its Senate race isn’t changing much. Polls show a strong lean to the Republican incumbent.

Sen. Chuck Grassley’s firm double-digit lead in the polls didn’t move a point from July to August, according to the latest trio of NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist polls.

Grassley holds a 10-point edge on Democratic challenger Patty Judge, 52 percent to 42.

Former Iowa Lt. Gov. Judge is only a few points closer in Real Clear Politics’ most recent average of polls, trailing by 7 percent (49 to 42).
