Poll: GOP's Fitzpatrick Leading Wallace by 1 Point in Pa. House Race

Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., holds a slim 1-point lead over Democrat Scott Wallace in the race for the House seat representing Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District, according to a New York Times/Siena College Poll.

Forty-seven percent of those polled back Fitzpatrick, compared to 46 percent who support Wallace. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 4.7 percent.

In addition, 7 percent of those surveyed were undecided.

The poll, conducted Oct. 26-29, surveyed 502 people.
