U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Thursday that Washington has strict oversight of $6 billion in Iranian funds unfrozen as part of a prisoner deal earlier this year.

Blinken, speaking at a news conference in Tel Aviv, said that none of the funds have been spent or accessed.
