President Donald Trump's campaign manager Bill Stepien and two other campaign officials are relaunching their former political consulting firm and are expected to work with Trump as he remains active in influencing politics, Politico reports.

Trump deputy campaign manager Justin Clark and Nick Trainer, who headed up efforts in battleground states, will be relaunching National Public Affairs. They originally formed the group in 2019 when they were serving as consultants on Trump's campaign, but moved away from the group after Stepien was named campaign manager in July to replace Brad Parscale.

The group is seen as boosting candidates Trump backs, Fox News reports, as he plans to remain influential in the Republican Party and even ponders another White House run in 2024.

The president has raised more that $200 million since the November election and has supported Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel for another term. He has indicated he will support primary challenges for those who he feels were not fully loyal to his reelection effort, such as GOP Govs. Brian Kemp of Georgia and Mike DeWine of Ohio.

Trump has also suggested he would back a primary challenge of Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska.

Stepien, Clark and Trainer said they expect to work with Trump if he is involved in these races, and others, and see their firm helping other pro-Trump candidates in the 2022 election cycle as well, Fox reported.
