Republican candidates continue to shine when it comes to fundraising. The campaign of Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., has garnered $5.4 million since July,
Politico reports.

That puts her fundraising total for this campaign at almost $10 million, more than 100 percent above the $3.5 million she pulled in two years ago.
The campaign has more than $3.4 million of cash on hand, says Bachmann spokesman Sergio Gor.
Her Democratic opponent, Tarryl Clark, hasn’t released fundraising figures for the third quarter, but had picked up $2 million through June.
Bachmann led Clark by 9 percentage points in the latest SurveyUSA poll.
