President Donald Trump floated the idea of making his 2020 campaign hats — "Keep America Great!" — the color green because that's the color of money.
Trump spoke at the site of a new Foxconn factory in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and referenced his 2016 slogan, "Make America Great Again," which appeared on red hats.
"We're seeing the results of the pro-America agenda, America First. Make America Great Again, all those hats. Greatest phrase ever used in politics I suspect, right?" Trump said.
"You know what the phrase is [for the 2020 campaign], right?"
Trump then waited a few seconds for the audience to shout his new slogan.
"That's right. Keep America Great! Right?" he said. "It's called Keep America Great! We'll get you nice hats. Maybe we'll make them green this time instead of red. Green, representing cash."
Trump previously unveiled his 2020 slogan at a March rally in Pennsylvania.
At this point, the e-commerce portion of Trump's campaign website does not have any items bearing the new slogan.
