Tom Tancredo: Chris Christie Rules Like Mafia Boss

Tom Tancredo, a former Colorado congressman and GOP presidential candidate, has likened New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie's leadership to that of a Mafia boss who rules by fear.

"They are scared to death of him. This guy is the Sopranos of New Jersey politics," Tancredo — author of "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America's Border and Security," published by Cumberland House Publishing — said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

Tancredo has created a provocative new PAC called "Stop Chris Christie." Christie is also chairman of the Republican Governor's Association and is mulling a possible GOP presidential run in 2016.
