Robert Spencer, director of Jihad Watch, joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV Tuesday to discuss the decision by St. Anthony, Minnesota, to deny a permit to use a city space as a mosque, which has put the city in hot water with the Department of Justice.
