Radio Host Katz: Drunk Texas DA Should Have Resigned

Tony Katz, a conservative radio personality in Indianapolis, joined "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Monday to defend Texas Gov. Rick Perry against his indictment on abuse-of-office charges after Republican Perry defunded the ethics unit of a Democratic prosecutor who refused to resign after her drunk-driving arrest.
