Ramesh Ponnuru: GOP Not Making Most of Midterms Moment

Republicans aren't making the most of their opportunity to sweep the midterm elections, according to Ramesh Ponnuru, a Bloomberg View columnist and senior editor at National Review.

"What they did in 1998 was just count on the president's unpopularity to deliver the elections, not make the case for a conservative agenda. I fear they are doing the same thing this time," Ponnuru said to Joe Concha, guest host of "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"I fear they are doing the same thing this time. Republican takeover of the Senate is not guaranteed."
