Despite an overwhelming victory for Republicans in the midterm elections, President Barack Obama is ignoring the electorate and pressing on with his agenda, according to syndicated columnist Phil Kerpen, who is the president of American Commitment.
"We've got a president who seems impervious to reality and we just had another landslide election rejecting his big government agenda and the day after the president basically said the verdict of this election is they should work with him and pass all the liberal, big government programs that he's wanted all along," Kerpen said Monday on
Newsmax TV's "America's Forum." "He's really in denial about reality."
