A veteran of the Immigration and Naturalization Service blasted Hillary Clinton's stewardship of the visa system while serving as secretary of state, saying she's placed "lives of Americans and national security at risk."
In an interview Tuesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV, Michael Cutler, a more than 30-year veteran of immigration enforcement, said "we have got to put American lives first."

Noting Clinton "ran" the visa process as secretary of state, Cutler said "if
anyone should be familiar with it, it ought to be Hillary, you would think."
"But if you look at the visa process, if you look at the lack of enforcement to the immigration laws within the interior of the United States, if you look at visa fraud… given all that for the background, how in the world does anybody purport to represent America and Americans willingly put American lives and national security at risk the way she does?" he said.
The election will also decide who will name a replacement to the Supreme Court for the late Justice Antonin Scalia, Cutler said.
"I guarantee you that the only way that a Supreme Court justice will be nominated by [Clinton] would be if that person agrees with the Obama policies of opening the borders," he said.
"It will be catastrophic for national security. That alone is a major thing that all Americans should be thinking about when they go to vote. Do you want to take down our borders?"
