LIGNET's Ruth: ISIS Still Gaining in Fight

J.D. Gordon, former Defense Department spokesman, and Lisa Ruth, former CIA analyst and LIGNET analyst, joined John Bachman on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Thursday to discuss whether the Islamic State (ISIS) is winning or losing as U.S.-led coalition airstrikes continue.

Ruth contends that while ISIS may not be winning, the jihadist group is definitely not losing because it is still making gains.
