RNC's Pardo: Obama's Immigration Decision 'Absolutely' Political

President Barack Obama's decision to delay making changes to immigration policy was "absolutely" a political move, Republican National Committee Hispanic Press Secretary Ali Pardo told Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Monday.

Pardo discussed with Rick Ungar, senior political contributor for Forbes.com, the constitutionality of Obama's plan to change immigration policy and how delaying action could influence the fall midterm elections.
