By    |   Monday, 01 December 2014 03:24 PM EST

The mainstream media showed off its bias as it covered the announcement that police officer Darren Wilson had been cleared in the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, says Ian Tuttle, a member of the National Review editorial board.

"You would think all of the reporters who were there was from Think Progress or outlets like that," Tuttle said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"[They had] just an extraordinary unwillingness to deal with the facts on the ground . . .  Instead of asking anything reasonable of the prosecutor . . . they just wanted to push their narrative."
