Minority communities beset by crime need police forces that are more racially representative, but Ferguson, Missouri's, shortcomings in that regard do not excuse the violence unleashed by people protesting the Michael Brown grand jury verdict, Dallas radio personality Grant Stinchfield told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
